The hotel: clean, comfortable, spacious room. Hot Park: amazing water park. Park of fountains: impressive.

Can't fault anything about it.

The pool was great. Huge and with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. Plus, the gym was really good and with a staff helping with the training.

Most of the staff didn't speak English so we had to use a translator app. The hotel was also far from any city or attraction and there were not many options to eat other than the hotel's restaurant.

cleanliness was superb, hotel facilities were top-notch, great location to the water parks of the complex, and breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. We especially loved the Hot Park, one of the best water parks we've ever visited. The park of fountains was also pretty impressive. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

All was good. We had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location of this resort is great for accessing the water parks of the complex. A courtesy bus service is available to take you to the Hotel Posada where you can enjoy the natural hot pools. the VIP area at the Hot Park is a great benefit for hotel guests. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent views of the surrounding nature. the spa is also highly recommended for affordable massages.

The food prices at the hotel and water parks are high compared to nearby restaurants.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this resort. the infinity pool was stunning with a great view of the surrounding nature. the restaurant offered a good selection of food which we both enjoyed. the spa had lovely massages and was very reasonably priced.

The resort lacked some amenities, such as the absence of a sports area. the lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult at times.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. the luxurious amenities, including the spa and wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access, fulfilled all of our needs. the entertainment was also a great addition, offering live shows and music.

The only minor issue we had was with the location advantages. Although the hotel is beautiful with a garden area and sun loungers, it was a bit remote and required a car to get around.
